Usage:
K type reciprocating coal feeder is used for coal or other small less viscous loose granular materials, discharging materials of storage or materialpit in transport equipment and other equipment continuously and evenly.
Structure features:
1. Reciprocating coal feeder is composed of rack, baseboard, motor, reducer, funnel, eccentric connecting rod mechanism, wooden pin coupling, roller components and adjusting coal feeder mechanism.
2. Eccentric connecting rod mechaism of reciprocating coal feeder adopts 311 biaxial and automobile universal joint which works freely. Adjusting coal feeder mechanism adopts fanshaped adjusting board, 9 adjusting gears adjust the volumn of coal feeder according to the equipment's need which is easy operated.
3. When the motor is running, pin coupling, gear reducer, eccentric connecting rod mechanism drag sloping bottom on the roll running a straight-line reciprocating movement.
